DSGVO Training

With the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) on May 25, 2018, there were initially many questioning faces and uncertainties, what everyone exactly will face. To master these great challenges in our institute, our managing director Konstantin Brass and our support staff Eduard Laas attended a seminar of TÜV Süd from 11.-15. June 2018. In this intensive course, they learned the basics of data protection law, the duties of a data protection officer, the technical and organizational measures and data protection management. At the end of the training, they passed an exam organized from the TÜV Süd and are now certified data protection officers DSB-TÜV of our institute. Due to the complexity of this topic, an external data protection office has also been supporting us since April 2019.
