UCAN Conference 2023: Call for Abstracts
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
Dear UCAN Partners,
we kindly would like to invite you to participate in our UCAN conference with the overarching theme
‘Interprofessional Thinking – Teaching, Learning and Testing Interprofessionality ‘
on September 28 and 29, 2023 in Hamburg.
The new challenges in healthcare require close collaboration with a wide range of professional groups. Together with you, we would like to discuss how new topics, from planetary health to digital medicine, can be concretized in interprofessional assessments.
The Congress organizers are pleased to invite you to actively shape the UCAN conference with a workshop or a short presentation. We would especially appreciate your contributions on the following topics:

Digital competence and digital exams

Innovative forms of exams e.g., OSCE, SJT, EPA….

Planetary health and population medicine

Health literacy and prevention
-
Interprofessionalism and communication

Mental health
-
Patient safety
-
Rehabilitation
Please submit abstracts no later than July 10, 2023 to the email address below.

Guidelines for abstract submission (short presentation & workshop):

The abstract can be chosen as a short presentation (duration: approx. 15 min) or workshop (duration: 90 min).

The abstract must be written in English language.

The abstract must not be longer than 3.000 key strokes (incl. spaces, excluding references).
-
The length of the title is limited to 250 key strokes (incl. spaces).
-
The abstract should -if possible- consider the following structure: Research question/Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and Target Audience.
