Der OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) als Prüfungsformat für klinisch-praktische Fertigkeiten wird in der Literatur hinsichtlich seiner Reliabilität sehr unterschiedlich beurteilt. Mit dem Ziel der Verbesserung der Reliabilität des OSCE-Formats wurden seit dem Sommersemester 2006 an der Medizinischen Fakultät Heidelberg im Fach Innere Medizin drei qualitätssichernde Elemente implementiert.

The OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) as exam format for clinical-practical skills is judged very differently in the literature with regard to its reliability. With the aim of improving the reliability of the OSCE format, three quality assurance elements have been implemented since the summer semester 2006 at the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg in the field of internal medicine.
