Die patientenorientierte Arzt-Patienten-Kommunikation spielt für den Behandlungsverlauf und den Behandlungserfolg eine zentrale Rolle. Es gibt zahlreiche Forschungsarbeiten, die belegen, dass eine rein formale und arztzentrierte Arzt-Patienten-Kommunikation negative Auswirkungen mit sich bringt und sogar ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko für die Patientinnen darstellen kann.

Patient-oriented physician-patient-communication plays a central role in the course of treatment and treatment success. There are diverse research articles that shows that a purely formal and physician-centered communication between physicians and patients can have negative effects and even pose a major safety risk for the patients.
Does medical students‘ preference of test format (computer-based vs. Paper-based) have an influence on performance?
Computer-based examinations (CBE) ensure higher efficiency with respect to producibility and assessment compared to paper-based examinations (PBE). However, students often have objections against CBE and are afraid of getting poorer results in a CBE.
